Most of our clinicians an in-network provider for Medial Mutual of Ohio; please refer to each clinicians bio to determine if they take insurance. For all other insurance products, we are fee-for-service; payment is due at the time of the visit. By doing so, we have the ability to assure that our care is thorough, comprehensive, and best practice vs. limited to a specific time frame, type of intervention, or inappropriate diagnostic coding system.
Initial Appointment/Diagnostic Assessment (60 minutes): $160
Includes diagnostic interview, administration/interpretation of standardized assessment measures (as needed), and goal setting/treatment planning.
Individual/Family Therapy/Counseling (50 minutes): $135
While we do not offer direct insurance billing outside of Medical Mutual of Ohio, we are happy to support you in getting reimbursement should your plan offer out-of-network benefits. The details of your insurance policy determine if you can be reimbursed for out-of-network counseling/therapy and under what terms. This will vary between insurance companies and specific policies, so you will need to determine the terms of your coverage with your insurance company.
Ask our office to provide you with the necessary documentation, known as a Superbill, needed to file a claim. You can then submit the Superbill along with your claim to your insurance company directly for partial reimbursement. Keep in mind, you will be paying for services rendered at the time of the appointment, and your insurance company will be directly reimbursing you.
We currently accept Cash, Check, and Major Credit Cards. We also accept HSA cards issued by your insurance company, however it is your responsibility to ensure our services are covered under your plan.
Cancellation Policy: If you miss your scheduled appointment, and have not notified the office AT LEAST 24 hours in advance of your session, you will be required to pay the full cost of the scheduled session. This cannot be billed to insurance.
